Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Drive project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
Assisting business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements
Manage the delivery of complex customer experience enhancements from design through to release by collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
Lead in various governance forums, discuss, support and communicate with key stakeholders on project progress, delivery plan, risks, issues, escalations and proposals
Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards and making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiative
Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects

Requirements:

Knowledge of Wealth Products (Stocks, Bonds, Structured Products, and FX) and related trade flows and project delivery experience
Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments
Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
