We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery & Automation Specialist to lead innovation projects focused on process automation and artificial intelligence. This role involves managing a portfolio of end-to-end projects, from requirements definition to rollout, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. You will act as a central governance point for transformation projects, driving technical requirements, integration, and deployment across VOIS locations.

Requirements

  • Skilled in implementing process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, low-code/no-code platforms)
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders from technical teams to senior executives
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in delivering large-scale projects/programmes
