Delivery & Installation Driving Assistant Job at The Sofa Delivery Company (Edinburgh)

Job Responsibility

Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner, without causing any damage to furniture or customers' property
Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know you’re on your way to their address
Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave them with any rubbish to dispose of
Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do
Work with your team and managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer

Competitive salary of £26,385 per annum (£12.85 an hour) plus an annual bonus of up to £2000 (paid quarterly)
Work 7am – 7pm with 4 days off followed by 4 days on, equivalent to working less than 6 months of the year
39.35 hrs/week, permanent
