We are looking for an experienced and multidimensional Services Delivery Head to lead and grow the delivery function at enreap. This is a leadership role responsible for building a high-performing, scalable delivery organization across our technology practices — Atlassian, AWS, DevOps, and Monday.com. The right candidate is someone who has led delivery organizations through high-growth phases, brings high energy and ambition, and understands what it takes to build strong people leadership below them. We value drive and growth mindset as much as years of experience — this is a role for someone who is still hungry, not someone coasting on a long resume. We are looking for a leader who can pick up and accelerate delivery optimization work already in motion — and build the next layer of capability on top of it. A suitable candidate is one who has been part of an organization’s growth journey — ideally from 150 to 500 people — and has the mindset and experience to build the right processes, the right team, and the right culture to make that growth sustainable. You know what good looks like at scale, and you know how to get there. Experience building and scaling delivery capabilities within an OEM partner ecosystem is a key requirement — for example, as part of an Atlassian Partner, AWS Partner, Salesforce Partner, or ServiceNow Partner organization. This role is expected to own and deepen OEM delivery relationships, not just manage them. This role will work in close collaboration with the Services Practice Head, Services Practice Leads, Market Leaders, and the broader cross-functional team — including pre-sales, finance, and HR.
