Our Driver’s typical day isn’t just driving and delivering parts, they play a key role in our branch teams. Driver’s build strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer facing role.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage deliveries
Ensure a safe work environment
Safe driving behaviours
Deliver high level customer service
Build strong customer bonds
Safely deliver parts & products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products
Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, customer enquiries
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency
Customer service mindset
can build strong customer relationships
Friendly and knowledgeable
Comfort working independently
Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
Conscious of workplace safety always
Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
Hold a current/valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Available Mon - Fri and flexible to work other days if requested
Nice to have:
Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
