Job Description:

Hit the road with purpose and bring the IKEA experience straight to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the final link in the journey—ensuring timely, safe, and friendly deliveries that turn everyday orders into great customer moments.

Job Responsibility:

Prompt and careful handling of stock
Quality deliveries to diverse clientele and store branches
Following prescribed workflow and routines
Visit customers' homes to resolve complaints and deliver or replace missing stock
Inspecting and housekeeping of assigned vehicles
Reporting vehicle issues
Comply with all IKEA health, safety and security rules
Communicate professionally to customers, co-workers and service partners
Handle complaints and claims efficiently with diplomacy

Requirements:

At least 19 years of age
Valid driver's license (Category B) for at least 24 months
Skilled at forward planning
Can handle several tasks at once
Team member skills
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Computer literate
Able to work with technology
