Job Description:

Self emplyed position paying £1.80 per delivery drop. This covers fuel cost as well as hourly rate. All deliveries are within a local radius of the pharmacy which enables a large amount of drops to be completed per hour. Average daily drops of 50 - 60. Great opportunity for a Delivery Driver to work within a team that thrives on being motivated. This could be an amazing opportunity for the right person looking to work with our local pharmacy teams and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes. Delivery Drivers have a big impact on our patient community and are integral roles within pharmacy.

Job Responsibility:

To collect prescriptions from the Pharmacy and deliver to patients as detailed in the standard operating procedure
To ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed to ensure an audit trail is available
You may be asked to pick up Prescriptions from other Pharmacies in the area
To work to high standards of customer service
To presenting a professional image of the Company by acting as an ambassador
To ensure all company procedures and protocols are followed
To respect the confidentiality of information concerning customers and adhere to the Data Protection Act
