Job Responsibility:

Deliver Excellence: Provide friendly, top-tier customer service while delivering orders safely to homes and businesses
Customer Service: Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently
Team Support: Assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime
Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler
Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving history
A reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy)
Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Ability to navigate the delivery area efficiently (GPS proficiency)
Must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces
Lifting: Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high
Carrying: Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances
Movement: Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force)
Dexterity: Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers
Sensing: Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces
Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the telephone
Temperament: Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew
