Job Responsibility
Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport essential goods and products to designated customer locations
Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery routes using modern GPS applications to guarantee schedule compliance and reduce fuel consumption
Handle physical logistics: load, unload, and securely brace cargo within the vehicle to prevent transport damage
Verify the absolute accuracy of delivery contents against physical documents and transport manifests
Provide exceptional, polite, and professional customer service during site visits, and collect delivery confirmation signatures
Complete all required paperwork, digital forms, and logs accurately
Perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle and promptly report any mechanical issues
Develop a solid understanding of product lines and execute specialized equipment testing procedures (including DOP and FIT test protocols) after internal training
Manage various warehouse duties and other related operational tasks to support the logistics facility
Requirements
Proven experience as a delivery driver, warehouse clerk, or a similar role within the manufacturing and logistics sector
Valid driver's license accompanied by a demonstrably clean driving record
Excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic conditions, and regional geography
Strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to high-quality customer service
Technical aptitude to learn specialized equipment testing (including DOP and FIT protocols)
High physical endurance for walking, bending, stretching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills for tracking electronic forms and generating delivery reports
High school diploma or equivalent education
