Delivery Driver Supervisor

• Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the delivery area
• Executes daily activities and operational plans for the delivery area's strategies
• Leads training for transportation personnel including contract courier service employees
• Coordinates processes and assignments for the delivery team, including work schedule and delivery routes
• Conducts performance appraisals and sets performance standards for staff
• Provides day-to-day supervision of delivery staff
• Establishes liaison between home care patient services, long term care, and courier services
• Manages team performance through regular feedback

• Driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record
• Possess strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Excellent communication skills and work well with other employees
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
• Ability to use routing software (if applicable)
• Ability to drive a standard transmission IF necessary
• High School Diploma
