Job Responsibility

Undertake tasks as set out in the CRM implementation plan, including conducting CRM training, facilitate CRM task-based risk assessments
Undertake field interactions (FIs), planned task observations (PTOs) and coaching
Developing risk-focused WHS documentation, training personnel, conducting field assurance
Recommend key control methods for health and safety risk reduction and evaluate control effectiveness
Undertake and assist in incident/injury investigations
Undertake, assist and participate in various health and safety tasks
Contribute to the review and development of Principal Mining Hazards Management Plans
