5+ years of project/department/division management experience in the IT industry
Experience in managing large complex projects (100+ participants)
Ability to travel to the Client’s headquarters (Europe, the USA) may be required

Job Responsibility

Define vision and mission for the Delivery Division in accordance with the company strategy
Work with the Executive Team to identify key strategic business priorities and opportunities
Formulate and implement the strategic plan for the Delivery Department
Define, maintain, and constantly improve the business model and respective business processes
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by developing unique service promises and delivering on those promises
Support the overall company pre-sales strategy and engagement process
Develop and maintain an appropriate organizational structure of the department that supports business needs
Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of the Delivery Department specialists
Define and recommend objectives in each area of the Delivery
Review and approve adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, production efficiency, and customer service
