Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our leadership team with a Delivery Director based in the Anglian Water region with hybrid working available. Join Anglian Water’s @one Alliance as Delivery Director and drive the delivery of a circa £2.3bn capital investment programme that will shape the future of the East of England. Here, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading one of the most progressive and award-winning water sector delivery organisations. Responsible for overseeing a significant portfolio of capital investment projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, with director-level experience and knowledge of utilities sector assets

  • Ability to align long-term plans with business objectives and lead transformational programmes
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and financial planning
  • Degree-qualified with a history of successfully delivering high-value capital projects
