  • Architectural Alignment: Partner closely with solution architects to validate that technical configurations comply with global standards for security, data modeling, scalability, and reusability across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Experience, Data)
  • Vendor Ecosystem Management: Supervise third-party delivery vendors at an operational level, ensuring rigorous adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and daily sprint alignment
  • Continuous Innovation: Drive the adoption of advanced engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipeline maturity, and the integration of AI-assisted development tools
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all software engineering workflows strictly embed quality assurance and security-by-design to meet stringent regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-org Salesforce programs
  • Extensive exposure to Sales, Service, Health, or Marketing Clouds is required
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce architecture, integration models, Field Service capabilities, and next-generation tools like Agentic AI
  • Experience designing or delivering digital solutions for Patient Support Programs (PSP) or the broader life sciences/healthcare sector is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional financial acumen managing large-scale program budgets, paired with the ability to build consensus among senior business executives and technical teams
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect credentials are a strong asset
