Job Description:

You’ll support the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading our furniture and deliver it into our customer’s homes. Work 46 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carefully deliver and install furniture in customers’ homes
  • Support the Delivery Driver with making sure the delivery schedule is followed
  • Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles
  • Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
  • Making sure the team is safe by carrying out quality checks
  • Heavy lifting

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow process and procedures
  • Strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling as this role involves heavy lifting
  • Hard working
  • Team player

  • Proactively manage and resolve potential FTL violations, ensuring that any policy or FTL breaches are swiftly actioned/reported
