The Delivery Executive / Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end delivery operations across multiple projects. This role ensures effective resource planning, project staffing, onboarding, performance tracking, and vendor coordination. The position works closely with Sales, Presales, Project Managers, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution and optimal resource utilization.

Resource Planning & Coordination: Maintain and update developer skill matrices and CV repositories

Project Team Formation: Input resource data
Coordinate CV screening, evaluations, and interviews
Participate in interviews
Arrange mock interviews
Consolidate feedback and finalize teams
Project Onboarding: Support PM/TL on first day
Prepare device and account lists
Coordinate with HR
Collect information from new hires
Guide resources on tools
Performance & Timesheet Management: Ensure accurate timesheet logging
Reconcile client billable timesheets
Collect performance feedback
Summarize and report results
Vendor Management: Build vendor relationships
Manage vendor pipelines
Coordinate legal documentation
Prepare and manage invoices
Ensure compliance
Reporting & Internal Coordination: Participate in weekly meetings
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports
Requirements:
Experience in Delivery Coordination, PMO, Resource Management, or IT Operations
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, PMs, HR, and TA
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, CV screening, and interview coordination
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Experience in outsourcing or service-based IT companies
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, timesheet, or project tracking tools
Experience handling vendor contracts, invoicing, and compliance documentation
