Job Responsibility:
Owning line management, development and performance for all delivery professionals
Building a strong delivery community with clear expectations and career paths
Setting and maintaining behavioural and performance standards
Intervening early when quality or performance drops
Leading confidently through ambiguity and organisational change
Maintaining calm authority during escalations
Protecting teams from unnecessary distractions
Making decisions without needing consensus
Ensuring teams deliver sustainably, not just quickly
Requirements:
Has proven senior line‑management experience in complex IT environments
Has managed senior delivery leads and professionals
Has experience guiding teams through reorganisations, scaling phases or structural change
Has handled structural underperformance, improvement trajectories and exit decisions
Can operate independently in a high‑pressure, politically complex environment
Is strong in senior stakeholder management
Brings high self‑awareness and reflective capability
Has experience working with distributed teams, including nearshore/offshore (e.g. India)
Must be based in the Netherlands (cannot offer visa or relocation support)
Ideally lives in the Randstad region
