Job Description

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic co-marketing initiatives with key restaurant partners across Uber B2B Delivery. This role is a US and Canada focused role that sits at the intersection of deal strategy, partner marketing, and go-to-market execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to support deal strategy from a marketing perspective
  • Influence marketing-related components of partner negotiations
  • Work closely with Ops and Tech teams to ensure marketing requirements are scoped and executed
  • Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with strategic partners
  • Lead integrated partner marketing programs across campaigns, events, webinars, and content
  • Build compelling joint use cases, customer stories, and proof points
  • Represent Uber B2B Delivery at industry events, partner conferences, and field marketing activations
  • Lead or support partner-focused events, speaking opportunities, and executive engagements
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Ops and Analytics to align priorities and execution
  • Track performance of partner marketing initiatives, share insights, and iterate on strategy
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or GTM roles
  • Proven experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
