Job Description

The Delivery Associate Director will oversee large IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing a diverse team. This role requires proven leadership and program management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing strategies, budgets, and evaluation methods to maximize ROI.

Job Responsibility

  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
  • Coordinate and monitor activities between multiple interconnected projects / cells to ensure they align with the overall delivery goal
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Creating and managing long-term goals
  • Developing a strategy, budget and operating plan for the program
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance

  • 15 + Yrs experience as Delivery Associate Director with IT Software experience handling large projects
