Collinson Insurance, part of Collinson Group, is looking for an experienced Delivery & Process Manager to lead operational change, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across our Operations function. This role is suited to someone with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and service transition experience within insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
Job Responsibility
Lead operational change and process improvement initiatives
Manage onboarding and service transition activities
Drive governance, risk management, and operational readiness
Maintain operational documentation, workflows, and audit readiness
Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and commercial functions
Manage project plans, RAID logs, and delivery activities
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or regulated sectors
Strong project and change management expertise
Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma desirable)
Knowledge of service transition and operational governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing operational risk, audit, and compliance activities
