Job Description:

Optimizely is looking for a Delivery Analyst to join our Customer Success Operations team. This role will be essential in supporting and optimizing data, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across our global Professional Services organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help update and maintain dashboards to support the Professional Services team and communicate basic updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing business requirements into reports as part of project deliverables
  • Support the analysis and visualization of services delivery data to uncover trends and share findings with the team
  • Contribute to maintaining data accuracy and integrity across systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, Gainsight, and Kantata SX PSA under guidance
  • Help streamline reporting by supporting efforts to automate recurring reports and reduce manual tasks
  • Generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports related to KPIs, project health, customer experience, and operational metrics
  • Assist in ensuring accurate data mapping between systems like Salesforce, PSA tools, and BI platforms
  • Help maintain documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams, for common Professional Services workflows
  • Organize and update documentation for both ongoing tasks and specific projects to support team alignment and consistency
  • Suggest small improvements to existing reports and processes, escalating broader opportunities to senior team members
  • Assist in drafting process maps to visualize current workflows within the delivery operations team
  • Help create and maintain data dictionaries, process documentation, and onboarding/training materials
  • Work closely with the Professional Services Operations Manager to support reporting and performance tracking initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience working in analytics, business intelligence, or delivery operations for a SaaS or Professional Services organization
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting
  • Hands-on experience with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong experience with Snowflake and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Kantata SX PSA reporting is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience with Gainsight is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Competencies: Communicating Effectively, Demonstrating Initiative, Displaying Technical Expertise, Driving Projects to Completion, Learning Quickly
