Job Description

The Delivery Administrator at NTT DATA is responsible for supporting sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves processing sales quotations, managing orders, and coordinating with logistics and finance teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in the system
  • Ensure all orders are entered accurately and in line with company policies
  • Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms
  • Support sales executives with documentation for tenders, proposals, and bids
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing
  • Monitor and keep track of clients’ service renewal dateline
  • Track sales orders, stock availability, and delivery status
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support issue resolution related to order processing, delivery, or billing
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service
  • Experience in IT/telecom is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • High level of accuracy and accountability
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

Nice to have
