Job Responsibility:
Perform postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department to client timescales
Perform outgoing postal and courier duties
Liaise with customers via telephone and face to face advising on their postal requirements and relevant information
Responsible for a number of day to day office duties including: Delivering parcels, consumables, paper
Responding to ad-hoc customer requests
Requirements:
Excellent people skills
Good communicator
MS Office
Physical ability for lifting of paper boxes, delivering mail, courier and paper within the same building
