Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrades of Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager
Design high-availability (HA) and DR topologies
Optimize performance and scaling for multi‑site/global deployments
Administer vaults, folders, permissions (RBAC), and Distributed Engine for password rotation/heartbeat across various systems
Build and maintain password rotation policies, check‑out/check‑in workflows, MFA policies, SPS (Secure Proxy Service), and Session Recording
Manage service accounts lifecycle, account discovery, dependency mapping, and just‑in‑time (JIT) elevation
Create/maintain custom scripts (PowerShell/Python) for automation, onboarding, and APIs
Implement least privilege via Privilege Manager (policy sets, elevation rules, app control, safe listing/blocking)
Enforce MFA, segregation of duties (SoD), and zero‑trust patterns for privileged access
Establish audit trails, session monitoring, and compliance reporting
Conduct periodic access reviews, vault hygiene, and key/secret rotation audits
Integrate Secret Server with enterprise directory services and identity providers
Connect PAM events/logs to SIEM, ITSM (ServiceNow), ticketing/approval workflows
Enable DevOps pipelines via Delinea REST APIs, SDKs, and Secret Injection for CI/CD and Kubernetes
Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for key rotation and cloud admin workflows
Own runbooks, SOPs, KPI/SLAs, and monitoring/alerting for PAM services
