Job Description:

The Delinea Administrator role involves designing, deploying, and managing Delinea’s Privileged Access Management solutions. Candidates should have experience with PowerShell, Python, and SQL, along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Responsibilities include ensuring secure credential vaulting, compliance reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrades of Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager
  • Design high-availability (HA) and DR topologies
  • Optimize performance and scaling for multi‑site/global deployments
  • Administer vaults, folders, permissions (RBAC), and Distributed Engine for password rotation/heartbeat across various systems
  • Build and maintain password rotation policies, check‑out/check‑in workflows, MFA policies, SPS (Secure Proxy Service), and Session Recording
  • Manage service accounts lifecycle, account discovery, dependency mapping, and just‑in‑time (JIT) elevation
  • Create/maintain custom scripts (PowerShell/Python) for automation, onboarding, and APIs
  • Implement least privilege via Privilege Manager (policy sets, elevation rules, app control, safe listing/blocking)
  • Enforce MFA, segregation of duties (SoD), and zero‑trust patterns for privileged access
  • Establish audit trails, session monitoring, and compliance reporting
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, vault hygiene, and key/secret rotation audits
  • Integrate Secret Server with enterprise directory services and identity providers
  • Connect PAM events/logs to SIEM, ITSM (ServiceNow), ticketing/approval workflows
  • Enable DevOps pipelines via Delinea REST APIs, SDKs, and Secret Injection for CI/CD and Kubernetes
  • Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for key rotation and cloud admin workflows
  • Own runbooks, SOPs, KPI/SLAs, and monitoring/alerting for PAM services
  • Troubleshoot complex issues (agents, connection managers, session broker, proxy, distributed engine, performance)
  • Mentor junior admins
  • Collaborate with Security, Infra, Networking, and DevOps teams
  • Drive roadmaps, feature adoption, and coordinate with Delinea Support for escalations

Requirements:
