Job Description:

Are you guest-service oriented? Do you enjoy variety? If so, this may be the perfect job for you. We’re looking for team members who have the ability to work in any one of our departments, including Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, Center Store areas, Produce-Floral and our Front-End. You’ll be an ideal fit if you’re detail-oriented, work well in teams and make our guests your top priority.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating
  • Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage
  • Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items
  • Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures
  • Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events
  • Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures
  • Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
  • Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
