Lead solution design for underwriting, claims, policy admin, and delegated authority systems across the insurance value chain
Define integration patterns for internal systems, third-party platforms, and client/customer environments
Ensure architectural governance, technical quality, and alignment with enterprise standards
Shape target operating models that support digital transformation and modernisation across underwriting, operations, and distribution
Create multi-year technology roadmaps that reflect business strategy, regulatory change, and market evolution
Facilitate architecture workshops with business, technology, and market stakeholders
Assess current-state architecture and define transition states to achieve the desired target operating model
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into underwriting, claims, bordereaux processing, and operational workflows
