Job Description:

We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our busy office team. This is a 3-month temporary role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. You'll support daily operations, track progress, manage documentation, and assist with queries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support operational processes accurately and efficiently
  • Manage records, documentation, and workflow tracking
  • Assist with query resolution and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports and contribute to process improvements
  • Liaise with colleagues and external partners
