Defense litigation attorney

• Draft substantive motions, oppositions, and support litigation strategy in a high-volume practice
• Collaborate with a dynamic legal team

• Active California Bar membership
• Demonstrated experience in law and motion practice, preferably in lemon law or consumer defense
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a full-time (40-hour/week) contract caseload remotely or in a hybrid environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation is required
• Proven ability to draft motions and legal briefs with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and legal research techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Familiarity with litigation software and tools is preferred
