Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Associate Attorney who is ready to step away from the rigid structure of traditional defense firms and join a more collaborative, balanced practice. This is an opportunity to work with dynamic leadership that values individual strengths, fosters teamwork, and supports both detail oriented and personal success.

Job Responsibility:

Hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Representing both insurance carriers and self-insured clients across a wide range of complex bodily injury and property damage claims

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of recent defense litigation experience
Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Strong analytical, writing, and case management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
