Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. You will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion, liaising with clients, opponents, court, and witnesses while conducting liability investigations. Job Responsibility:

Defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts
day-to-day running of cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses, and conducting liability investigations.

Requirements:

Proven EL/PL Litigation experience
ability to manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion both pre and post litigated
experience defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts
ability to liaise with clients, opponents, court, witnesses, and undertake liability investigations
happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant experience.
