Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Leeds. Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion. The department act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion
Defend EL/PL claims for Leisure and Retail industries and SME insureds
Work on defective premises/property and product liability files
Liaise with clients, opponents, court, witnesses
Undertake own liability investigations

Requirements:

Proven EL/PL Litigation experience
Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification

Nice to have:

Defendant and Claimant experience
