Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience. Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion both pre and post litigated.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion
Defend EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities and NHS Trusts
Liaise with clients, opponents, court, witnesses
Undertake own liability investigations

Requirements:

Proven EL/PL Litigation experience
Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification

Nice to have:

Defendant and Claimant experience
