Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. You will be defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts while managing files from start to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion both pre and post litigated
Liaising with clients, opponents, court, and witnesses
Undertaking your own liability investigations.

Requirements:

Proven EL/PL Litigation experience
Ability to defend EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts
Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification
Experience managing caseloads from start to completion both pre and post litigated.
