Job Description:

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. You will be defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts while managing files from start to completion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion both pre and post litigated
  • Liaising with clients, opponents, court, and witnesses
  • Undertaking your own liability investigations.

Requirements:

  • Proven EL/PL Litigation experience
  • Ability to defend EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities, and NHS Trusts
  • Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification
  • Experience managing caseloads from start to completion both pre and post litigated.
