A Top Tier, Leading Defendant Law firm with a strong reputation in healthcare is seeking a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing and successful team. The role involves managing a varied caseload and advising on claims involving NHS bodies, private providers, and insurers. Full support will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters
  • Advising on claims involving NHS bodies, private providers, and insurers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience clinical negligence or defendant medical malpractice work
  • Confidence dealing with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Strong legal analysis, drafting, and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and practical approach to problem solving
