Minimum 10–12 years of experience in program management and systems delivery within Defence, government or complex technology programs
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management or a related field (PMP, PgMP or equivalent credentials highly regarded)
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in high-security or Defence environments
Deep understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
