Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the processing of customer deductions from start to finish for your allocated regions
  • Assisting with the investigation and resolution of deductions, following agreed processes
  • Logging, tracking, and updating deduction and dispute information accurately
  • Liaising with internal teams to gather information and support resolution
  • Producing regular reports and summaries on deductions activity
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet shared deadlines
