We are looking for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport Network Team. The successful applicant will mainly be based at one of our client’s sites near Bank station. This is one of our most prestigious clients in the portfolio. Their care and dedication to guest satisfaction and experiences are unmatched. We are seeking someone who is creative, passionate and genuinely cares about the small details that matter and make experiences unforgettable. However, as a Network Team Ambassador, you may be asked to work on rotation at different Rapport sites at any point (e.g., London's West-End, City of London, Canary Wharf, Greater London area, and within the M25).
Job Responsibility:
At this particular client site, you will be required to work as a receptionist to provide outstanding service to all clients, visitors, and colleagues
Ensure every client experiences a smooth, warm, and memorable arrival
Welcome and acknowledge all internal and external guests in line with Rapport standards
Collaborate closely with service partners to maintain a unified, “one team” approach
Accompany visitors to meeting rooms, assist with coats and luggage, and support event check‑ins as required
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries by phone, email, or in person
Stay informed about building facilities to confidently guide and support guests
Requirements:

Ideally, have front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or a corporate environment
Be able to travel across London within the M25 (mostly Central London and Canary Wharf)
Have the passion and drive to deliver the very highest levels of customer service
Have an outgoing personality, understanding the professional etiquette, and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
Demonstrate ability to adapt and flex your working style and behaviour to adapt to the environment of the site you are working at
Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
Be creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, quick learner and resourceful with a can-do attitude
Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
