To complement the team in the United Kingdom, they are looking for an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Lifestyle Manager in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management. Job Responsibility:

  • Advise our premium customers - on the phone and by email in Arabic and English
  • Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc
  • Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
  • Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing
  • Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
  • GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
  • Strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
  • Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and identify with the company values
