Job Responsibility:
Advise our premium customers - on the phone and by email in Arabic and English
Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc
Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing
Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities
Requirements:
Excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
Strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
Positive attitude and identify with the company values
