We are looking for a Dedicated Cover to join our Rapport team, based in our client's offices near Fenchurch Street. Our client is a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day. In this role, you will support guest services reception, events, and reservations, ensuring seamless experiences for all visitors and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guest services support across reception, events, and reservations, ensuring high service standards
  • Assist with office operations, covering different locations as needed and identifying areas for improvement
  • Support team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, rotas, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee event logistics, managing bookings, guest registrations, catering, and on-the-day coordination
  • Maintain accurate records for training, health & safety, HR processes, and compliance
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth operations
