Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and professional Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport team, providing exceptional front of house support across a prestigious financial services client in Canary Wharf. This is a dynamic and client-facing role where no two days are the same: from welcoming guests on the ground floor and assisting executives on client floors, to supporting the service desk and meeting room operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver an exceptional front of house experience by providing professional reception, lobby hosting, switchboard, and helpdesk support
  • Welcome and assist all visitors and clients with warmth, efficiency, and genuine attention to detail
  • Manage external and internal calls promptly, maintaining a courteous and professional manner at all times
  • Proactively respond to guest requests, ensuring all needs are handled swiftly and to the highest standard
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, service partners, and other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent service experience
  • Support meeting room bookings, enquiries, and daily operations to maintain smooth business flow
  • Adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and locations with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Uphold company values and service standards, ensuring the front of house reflects the prestige of the client’s brand

Requirements:
