We are recruiting for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport team. You will be working across a portfolio of 17 buildings between Victoria and London City. Working within a team of 40 Rapport Ambassadors, the Dedicated Cover Receptionist is a dynamic role, providing the opportunity to be across a number of different properties. This is an ideal position for someone that is highly motivated by variety and working with a diverse team. The client is one of the Europe’s largest property companies that builds and invests in buildings, spaces, and partnerships to create sustainable places, connect communities, and realise potential. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of service and care to the client, its customers, guests and service partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged professionally
Maintaining awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
Ensuring all attendees are pre-registered and reconfirming bookings without names on the day
Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via telephone or email in a timely and professional manner
Supporting different buildings depending on the demand of the operation
Requirements:
Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
Excellent command of English, verbal and written
Creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a large team
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Passion to deliver excellent guest service
Ideally, at least one year of customer service experience
