There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable all training will be provided All Assignment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed, understood, and followed Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations To complete any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either UniTrust or at the request of the Client and/or tenants To support internal and external audit processes from UniTrust Security representatives, Client/Tenant Representatives, the SIA, any other relevant body with a relevant interest and valid reason for inspection or compliance checks To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a respectful and empathic approach Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people, and challenges Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines where appropriate Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and our Code of Conduct Essential Skills: Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence Excellent oral, written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and confidence Exceptional customer service skills Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual Physically able to conduct all responsibilities associated with the roles documented Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office programmes Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of the current environment Flexibility regarding working practices, hours and responsibilities
