Decorator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Communal decorations team as a Decorator, working across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out internal communal decorations and external decorations which includes a full washdown of the properties. Since our customers are at the heart of everything we do, excellent customer service skills are essential. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and regularly with customers, always aiming to go above and beyond to impress them with the quality of our service. Your daily tasks will include completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and pre-ordering materials when needed—keeping the customer informed of progress at every step. You’ll be a key part of the team, working efficiently and effectively to maintain and improve Abri’s properties, always following best practices in building maintenance. As an ambassador for Abri, you’ll bring a positive, ‘can do’ attitude to everything you do, delivering a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service with a friendly and professional approach.
