Job Description:

Join the Healthy Homes team to lead on all things related to damp, mould and disrepair, ensuring customers have the right to a safe and warm home. This is a six-month temporary role working across Yeovil, Somerset and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out mould treatments
  • Conducting ventilation surveys
  • Completing make-good decoration work in customers' homes
  • Completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time
  • Ensuring cost-effective delivery
  • Pre-ordering materials when needed
  • Keeping the customer informed of progress at every step
  • Working efficiently and effectively to maintain and improve Abri’s properties
  • Following best practices in building maintenance
  • Being an ambassador for Abri

Requirements:

  • Proactive, highly motivated, professional, and friendly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Communicates clearly and regularly with customers
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to deliver a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Clean driving license (must)
