Decorator/Refresh Operative

• Carry out all apartment refresh works to bring apartments back to a lettable condition
• Assist with stock-checks ensuring enough paint and materials are kept on hand
• Assist with carrying out Inventory move OUT process in order to comply with lease obligations
• Assist with Refresh PPM to ensure apartment is ready for the next resident
• Assist with pre-move out apartment checks and record works required
• Assist with building compliance requirements related to Health and Safety
• Use the company’s CRM and tech tools to record all activities
• Carry out any other activities as required by the business
• Undertake additional relevant duties as directed by your Manager
• Participate in the full year and half year Performance Development Review process

• Painting and/ or Decorating trade background is essential
• Interpersonal and communication skills required
• IT literate with experience of using CRM / CAFM systems to monitor, track and update reported issues desirable
• Self-sufficient, well-organised with impeccable time keeping and management
• Must have strong Administration skills
• Strong sense of pride, leaving apartments in a clean, tidy state
• A positive mindset and adaptable/ receptive to change
• A team player overall, but can work independently for large amounts of time
