Job Description

Mayfield Properties are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, working across a portfolio of residential houses and flats throughout Sheffield. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in decorating, general maintenance, basic joinery, and facilities management.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out internal and external decorating works
  • Complete general facilities maintenance
  • Undertake basic joinery tasks
  • Support facilities management across multiple properties
  • Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role
  • Competence in decorating, general repairs, and basic joinery
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
