Ardent Credit Services Ltd is expanding so why not join us as a Debt Recovery Agent, in our Kirkby, Knowsley contact centre. We are a multi award winning debt recovery and credit management services provider who operate in both the consumer and commercial sectors. Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Supporting customers to pay off their debts in a practical and affordable way
  • Aim to understand customers individual circumstances by asking questions ensuring that the customers best interests are met
  • Work towards KPI’s

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • understanding of vulnerable customers and how to identify them
  • understanding of FCA guidelines
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to confidently articulate the best outcome for the customer on the spot
  • Good IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and confidence
  • Minimum 1 years Collection experience
