The Debt Collections Officer is responsible for conducting thorough research and investigations, managing delinquent accounts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and negotiating repayment plans with customers. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, proactive behaviour, and the ability to manage complex situations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities to excel in this dynamic environment.
