Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing academic leadership and executive management, driving the strategic and operational development of the School, and enhancing the national and international reputation of the School.

Job Responsibility:

Providing strategic direction and leadership for academic programs and faculty development
Overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum to ensure academic excellence and relevance
Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating faculty members to maintain high teaching standards and research productivity
Managing financial resources, grants, and budgets allocated to the faculty to support academic initiatives
Cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and donors, to enhance the reputation and resources of the faculty

Requirements:

Possess a PhD in Business Management/Human Resources/Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university
At least 5 years of experience in the education sector, including holding a management or leadership position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain good, sustained, and successful research grants with impact measured by publications in leading journals and other research output
