Job Responsibility

Oversee and assure accurate equipment information is maintained on assigned shifts work orders as well as creating and closing same while working directly with shift’s maintenance assistant supervisor
Gather data on plant equipment as required
Assist maintenance as instructed by supervisor(s) when not performing planners duties
Meet required data entry capabilities which include but are not limited to: typing (minimum 40 words per minute with accuracy), broad vocabulary, maintaining files, and other duties as assigned
Work and communicate well with supervisors, subordinates, and other planners
Able to work in an office type environment as well as hand in hand throughout plant operations, while maintaining a work safe attitude and following plant policies
